
I am excited to offer retreat catering, with the incredible Sun and Salt Escapes.
Based on the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast and hosted by Sophie Jones (@theflyingfitfoodie), these retreats are a chance for guests to do yoga, fitness, walks, swims, and relax - alongside my food! As a wellness retreat, all the food I create is vegetarian or plant based, and most importantly filled with wholesome and natural ingredients for plenty of energy and goodness.
Breakfasts
A typical breakfast on a retreat is a smoothie bowl topped with fresh fruit, seeds and dates. Or a savoury breakfast of smashed avocado on sourdough toast with roast tomatoes and rocket.
Always served with a protein shake using Free Soul to fuel up after a morning workout.
Dinners
Each evening of a retreat is inspired by a different world cuisine - my favourites being Middle-Eastern, Indian and Mexican.
A Middle Eastern night could include a Persian inspired stew, spiced couscous, roasted beetroot dip, homemade flatbread and a green salad.
Afternoon teas & Desserts
I love creating sweet treats for the guests which are full of flavour, plant based, and healthier - where possible!
Every afternoon we gather for afternoon tea - with a homemade cake, fresh fruit and hot drinks. My favourite is a vegan sticky orange cake.
Supper club evenings always finish with a delicious dessert, such as Miso dark chocolate brownies with coconut yogurt, or a chocolate orange tofu pot.

Pembrokeshire retreats
Retreats hosted on the stunning Pembrokeshire coast, where Sophie and I live. We love finding beautiful properties to make the most of this beautiful area and give guests a taste of our favourite swim spots and walks.

Portugal retreats
Summer 2022 was our first retreat held in Portugal, at an amazing villa on the Algarve coast. We can’t wait to go back for two more there next year.
