My Supper Clubs are a way to bring people together for food, drinks and music. I hold them as pop-ups at different venues or events, so there is always a different vibe. Each Supper Club is inspired by a different World Cuisine. I love getting creative using plenty of colours, textures and flavours. I always include different elements - such as a hot stew, grains, flatbread, a dip, and a fresh salad. I aim to create desserts that compliment the food theme. Three of my favourites are Middle-Eastern, Indian and Mexican.
